how much time have sony had since the 360 release?? a year or more?? what theyve released in my eyes really doesnt justify all the time theyve spent on it. oh...and gears of war....nothing on ps3 will touch that for a while.

Most people think; "£400 for a PS3? Fuck that, I'll get a 360 which is 200 quid cheaper" etc, etc. But these are the same people who I believe don't look at the bigger picture. :no:
Yeah , so true - thats the irony of it all. And like a lot of early 360 buyers like myself the console fries up after a while - the old 3 red lights.
Apart from gears of war and a great live service, I really don't believe 360 excels anywhere else, compared to other consoles.
Oh and I don't like the 360 pad - feels cheap , and the buttons look as if they'll be irresponsive after a while - and why couldn't the RB and LB be bigger, or at least stick out a bit more?
I've had the 360 a good year now, and I can't say that it has been worth it with all the money I've spent on it - including all the add ons etc.
Next generation console with a pre-historic power supply. Unfortunately my 360 fried it self a couple of days ago - very wierd seeing as I'm a really casual gamer that spends a maximum of 5 hours a week on it.
why not send it back and get a new one

ps3 online will suck and we all know it as for your price comparisons there stupid because yer we pay a little more with all that stuff but i dont want an hd-dvd player so im gonna pay less than you and i also dont need wifi. your argument doesnt really stand up when you think about it.

Is Gears of War really as good as it's made out to be? I've heard alot to the contrary. A bit over-hyped alledgedly.
Anyways...Im waiting for the ps3...You'd have to be a fool to buy the 360 without waiting for the ps3...(or have more money than me )

its the best game since halo 2 to play online
and the fact you can play co op through the whole campaign is a nice touch.
im not gonna about this point as i dont know but have sony got an achievment points kinda thing going on
prob have cos theve copied everything else off the 360

i've never personally been a big fan of console shooters online, Occasionaly Americas Army on the PC (Cos it's free) and used to play Delta force alot..these sci-fi games aren't really my thing, i prefer realism (hence why im a pro evo forum).
Still, i'll be waiting for the ps3 before i make a purchase of either console, no doubt about it.

i prefer realism,realistic guns ect but i really like gow. i do think people are over hyping it tho but it is a very good game,ive played through campaign on my own on easy,now im doing medium with a m8 online and the ai against you is very intelligent,they generally know when too run,flank and chain saw you!vs online is good oce you learn a few tricks,cant wait for more maps as i have been on em all and am pretty good!

I think it is a little too early to decide which console to get, give PS3 another few batches of games and then people will really see what the console is capable of, one thing is for sure though - Im definately getting a Wii

that doesnt mean anything as all of the above can be added via updates just like some of the above features u said there were added via updates on the 360.
