(PS4) Communication error: Error code SGJC395_200?

Does anyone else get this error message?

My internet connection is working fine but everytime I start the game this error message pops up and prevents me from live data update and playing online?!

Yep, done, will update their response here.

Yep, done, will update their response here.

Konami's response was pretty much reboot modem, make sure no other device is using the internet, if all fail then contact internet provider.

Done all that, still no progress.

Format the ps4, backup files first.
