Hello, I'm new to this so please be nice.

I have PES5 on the PSP and have downloaded an option file that updates all of the player names but i'd like to make some further changes of my own

my question is: Is there a program available that will let me edit a PSP option file on my PC prior to copying it onto the PSP?

ok, thanks, that'll explain why I couldn't find one.

Instead, is there a PES5 PSP option file available with the current season (2007/8) transfers in?
