Hello, mates, I'm too working in a "project" to put brazilian teams instead Franch league, but like you said, the kits remain default.
Just a question , about that Coca-cola Option, Do the teams(in that option file) now have their original kits don't they?(I mean the teams of Coca-cola premier )
So If they have their proper kits, how did they do that?

as long as I could change the kits colors and apply the proper logos and sponsors I would be happy

Not beeing boring.. could anyone of you guys tell me the way to put the teams emblems on PSP??
I really don't have a Clue..

when i tried to put the championship teams on there it remained with the default kits but had the championship teams logo and sponsers

to put your logos onto your psp you could connect your psp to your ps2 using a data link. I did this and on edit mode on psp i linked up and copied all the logos emblems.
