Putting patch files onto an option file.

using an option file and the pesfan editor i got the official england kit (patched), cagliari kit (patched) and updated villareal kit (patched) onto an option file. now im sure that by making multiple option files you could easilly get alot of kits onto one option file. it is simple and im wondering if that might work?
and also does anyone know how to transfer a ps2 option to an xbox?
