Howdy.

I see that there are strips that can be downloaded for PES 3 on the PC, however I am at a loss on how you go about putting these strips into the game? What tools will I need and where can I get them? Is there already a big patch/mod out that does this for you?

Just dowload latest Wolf patch, there is a readme included. Its just one step the instalation.
