PVC (Para_w8 Version Checker)
PVC is a tool that will detect where Pro Evolution Soccer 4 is installed, check the para_w8.bin file, and then report back to let you know what version of the this file you have. Useful to make sure all members in a league for example all know they have the correct version
The para_w8.bin is what controls all of the online rosters and squads; many versions of it have been released over time; all with slight variations, and some don't even work online without afs patching (for which PVC gives a warning). Currently it can tell between 9 different versions: if it doesn't recognise version you use, then please let me know details about it and where I can download it
