Cheers but I have not created any players just moved the existing ones around so will that screw anything up.

Example moved Berbatov from Spurs to Man U and Campbell from Man U to Spurs. So will this be affected in anyway?

No it wont change because Konami will have updated that themselves. Berbatov will be at United and vice versa.
