Q: Can you Play as the opponent (COM) team in PES-2011?

So this is has been my request EVERY YEAR that we should be able to move the controller to the opposite side and play as the COM team!
Like when you play in a league or a cup, why cant we take over the COM teams and challenge each other instead of having to play against the COM team?

Does anyone know if this has been implemented in PES-2011 or have they blocked it again?

I'm afraid you can't...I started a League with my brother (1 team each) and we can't select the COM team when one of our teams has a match.

I assume Konami doesn't want us to cheat (lol...) but it sucks because I don't really like to see how the other player can only watch the match.

When i have friends over, this really annoys me every time, as we don´t want to play against the COM. Can´t they just disable achievements as soon as someone pulls the controller to the wrong side or something?

This is BS! As I´m the consumer and I have nothing to say regarding on how I want to play the game! Such an smal fix and they just ignore it, year after year! Dont understand this!!!

I would like this, as I want other players to control the opposite team just for fun, not to get achievements in such a cheap way.

Yes, this is just ridiculous!
PES6 was the last version, where you could move the controller to the opposite team. Me and my friends still play PES6 league mode, cause of this stupid controller restrictions in the past versions :huh:

C`mon Konami, i wanna play PES 2011 with my friends in league mode.
Patch this in and you will have at least 4 more copies sold :D
