Hi, i am new here so this might of been asked before. Are all these patches for the PES3 on the PS2 or the PC how do you transfer these to the PS2? Thanks

All the PC patches should be clearly labelled as for the PC. TheWolfs patches are mostly for the PC version (and in the General section).
PS2 and PC patches are not interchangable at the moment so you'll have to get the one for the correct version.
To get them onto your PS2 - you need to
1. Rip your PES3 DVD
2. Patch the rip using larsson's patching guide (or a guide that comes with the patch itself).
3. Burn onto a CDR.
4. Play it using a chipped/modded PS2.
