Question about Action Replay [Xbox]

Is a Action Replay hte same as a Max Drive?

I would like tranfer an optionfile to my xbox.Is this only possible with the Max Drive or could i do it with the Action Replay?

the pesfan option file is max drive so i bought 1 of them

I have transfer the Pesfan optionfile with the Action Replay and it works fine
