Question about all the PES and WE.

So, I love this game, only let down previously was the lack of licenses and stuff, anyway, I found out yesterday that there were actual patches to fix this, make the terrain look nicer etc..

So my question is, with which version of the game am I going to get the best result and what is the most complete patch out there for which platform (WE, PES, etc..)

I live in Canada, but I'm guessing I can order PES off the Internet.

PES for the PC is certainly the easiest game to patch in my experience... If you want to patch the PS2 games, you would require a modified PS2 and various tools. On the PC it is quite straight forward case of downloading a patch and following instructions.

Ok sounds, pretty much what I thought.

Now my last two questions, generally, what's the more popular patch and can I use it with Winning Eleven or do I absolutely have to buy PES?

Patches are very partular and will only function on the exact version of the game they are made for. A PC PES5 patch will not work on the PS2 version or any version of WE.

Check the File Downloads section for patches. Generally the threads with more views and replies will tend to be the more popular patches.
