Question about creating players.

Apologies for another question but I would like to know if there is a good site or even a good thread on this forum here that gives you a way to create realistic looking faces of players in the game. I mean not to download them and put them into the game, but I mean to create them from scratch using the PES2008 options which you can change such as Base, Skin Colour, Nose Length etc. I'm doing this because I filled up every space in my cv_0 for new faces so I would like to create from scratch.
