Question about Domestic Cups in ML mode!

I'm a US gamer who has yet to play WE8, and I'm wondering (for all you Pro Evo purists out there), with the league editor activated, how many domestic cups are there per season per league. For example can I set up a Carling Cup and FA Cup in a 16 team English league or is there only one domestic cup per league and two European cups if you qualify. Thanks.

Although once again again they are called WEFA League (champions league) and Masters Cup (uefa cup).
