Sure.
Each square on the grid is pretty much equivalent to a pencil dot. Find a starting point, it won't matter too much, just make sure you have enough room. Then just do a line at a time. It might be black, yellow, red, red, red, yellow, yellow, red and you just keep doing that. Zoom up aswell, not too much at first but once you work out how to do it, you can zoom up more and more. It's not that hard. Also, make sure you use the grid tool. If you click the grid tool a few times until you get to the last grid and then zoom up, you should be able to put four pencil dots in a each square. So the grids on sakax2 are not equivalent to any of the grids on PES as far as I can tell.
