question about pes teams

Hi people,

absolutely addicted to the pes series.....

i'd like to edit the names of the teams to have accurate team names. Most or all of the teams are based on an actual real team.....

some of them are quite easy to work out.....

man red - manchester united
russia rail - lokomotiv moscow......

Many others I'm not sure about......

Do you know of a list or an online resource I can access to this information.

Much appreciated......
