Yes you can but i'm not sure to what extent you can edit it

how to shoot like in pes3? the shots are always slotting in to the goal instead of a hard. low and fast one like in the past. and can WE8 option file be used for PES4? thanks

WE8 option file will not load in PES4. You can load your PES3 option file in PES4.
You have to learn the new shooting system for PES4. You can't tap shoot to have low hard ground shots but you can add far more power and the shots don't fly straight up.

I have a question... I know that Rivaldo can be unlocked in PES-Shop, but I've looked through the players and unless he has a fake name, I can't find him. Can anyone help?
