(Question) How to increase the speed of the game? is it possible?

Hi,

I'm totally new to the editing/patching thing.

I dont edit or anything, i just download the patches and apply them based on the tutorials and play.

My question,

sometimes i feel the game at its normal speed isnt that good. I always hoped that if the game speed is increased a little bit, it would be better.

I know there is a thing that u buy if u have points, where u will have the option to play at normal speed or double speed.

but the double speed, is very bad. its too fast, i think it should not even be there.

But what i want is, maybe an increase of the speed by 10-20% of the normal speed.

can this be done?
