I had this problem 2days ago and i know what its like to be left in the dark anyway heres what I did for pes5 I dunno if its the same You need to download WEpicture decoder and game graphics studio which can be found at the download section. you will also need the colour palette for the boots, plus the programs you need for patching which can be found at the patching tutorial section under how to patch pes5. Fisrtly burn the iso to your comp by using the dvdycrpter which is in the download section then open the 'ripped iso' with game graphics studio.
Firstly you will need to right click on the file named 'unnamed_4427' then click export file to... some where like your desktop or something. Then open this file with wepicture decoder this should bring up the pictures of the boots found in the game for every boot you want insert the first one over the boot number 6 in the drop down menu which I think is the blacked out pulse. then click input/output, import/export full image, import BMP and locate your boot and then it should be their instead of the original boot.Do this with every boot you want to insert but only over the boots that are 256x256x8. After this click file then save it then open GGS import file over this and locate your file you just saved which was the unnamed_4427 it should import it and then your boots hould appear at the bootom of the screen.
Secondly export unnamed_4558 the same way you 4427 then open it agian with WEpicture decoder, then input/output, import/export palette and locate your palette then file save. Open GGS find the file 4558 then import file over then find your new file you just saved then the palette should change at the bottom to new colour that are being used on your boots. Finally burn the iso to a new disc

Open up the copy of your iso you have in game graphics studio and then find the file called 0_texts.afs. Then it should bring up 2 folders and look for the folder with the correct range of numbers then find the file

Im not sure what gone wrong are you tryin to extract to the ripped iso files or the file from the original game that you have in your comps drive. On your desktop is the file you extracted a bin file called unnamed_4427 or unnamed_4558 in this case.

when i go to folder 4000 all the files are unreadable e.g they dont have numbers.

I scroll down to the 27th file and extract it and nothing happens.

What does the file that im trying to extract contain?

Is it the one with the pics of all the boots.

I am doing it from a rip on my hd
