Questsion about option files...

I have one questsion: Can someone who has a patched WE9/PES5, make an option file for others, so changes that have been made to the disc could be played by others using created option file???(can this actualy be?)

If anyone had tried to do this or knows what a hell i'm talking 'bout, post here please!
