how do you do quotes in forums please help

At the end of each post it says, reply. Have a look at the bottom of this post.

You can click on the little '<- reply' box in the bottom right of a post and it will automatically quote that whole post for you.

You can then edit it to delete the bits you don't want. Or just use the same style to make your own quotes.

Start with a

or

and end with a [/quote ] (with no spaces inside the square brackets - I put one space in to show what it should be or else it would appear as a quote )
