Hi Does anyone know how to edit the radar. I find that the transparent radar is too transparent and hard to see and the other option is not transparent enough and often gets in the way during play. Does anyone know how to edit the radar and make it somewhere in between the two.

I think the files that has to be edited are misc_50.bin and misc_104.bin in rv_e.img.

Transparency seems to be at 35%. I'll give it a go later as the radar is a problem for me too...
...I'll probaly drop the transparency level to 20%.

Thanks Deckz for the tips. Yeah I managed to fix the radar problem. I actually took the radar transparency level right down to 5% but left the player markers visible and the player name background down to 14%-19%. Now the game plays even better without the radar getting in the way.

Nice, I'll probaly use the same transparency levels as you when I finally get the chance to edit them.

Nice one, 5% looks completely transparent :tongue: ...which would probaly be better than having any opacity at all to be honest.

I would probaly leave the player names border opague for myself though cause they don't really get in the way as much as the actual radar.

EDIT: Actually, the name borders looks better everytime I see it, I'll probaly just use your version untouched...good stuff. lol
