rank online problem

anyone else getting this problem, i have played over 60 ranked games online on pes2009 on me xbox 360, yet still no rank, i have been like this since day one when i bought it when it first came out.

i can not find the soultion anywhere

Do you get updates with the xbox like on ps3.Maybe you need to update something first?
