Right, before a mod deletes this or whatever I havent seen any posts about it
..........
Came in from the OF game tonight and decided to cheer myself up with a few hours of Master League-ing.
Im about halfway/3/4 through my 2nd season, got promoted in my first season in D2 and im sitting joint top with Man Utd though im ahead on GD.
So for my next game, im at Old Trafford in a top of the table clash. Whoever wins this game should go on and win the League. Load up the match and see the teams in the Tunnel, tension and excitement kicks in...... Players take to the field, and then...................
I notice it. Its there. Was there in PES4 and now again in PES5
The stadium is empty. And I dont just mean half full. There is hardly anyone there. Im talking about random patches of crowd in each stand. None of the top tiers have even 1 person in them. If there was an attendance count, there would only be about 200 people there.
Its a fucking joke. I thought that unless you were near the top of the table, then you would have a decent sized crowd. For this to be the match of the season, and there is no-one there, WTF is that all about?. The game before, when I went joint-top, I was at home to Newcastle and the stadium was full.
This takes away the realism and all the excitement I had before the match went out the window straight away when I noticed the empty stands. Its bad enough with the slowdowns during gameplay :realmad:
Also while I remember (im on a roll here), the squad numbers for computer teams in the Master League is still the same as PES4. For some reason, Roy Keane is number 11 for Man Utd in my Master League. I checked to see if by some mistake in the Edit mode that he was 11 but he was 16. Then I checked to see if Giggs had signed for another team and he did but why did Keane change?.....
What this means is that a few seasons down the line, GK's are going to have daft numbers like 9 and 10 in the Master League, and yet again this takes away the realism.
And before someone gets on their high horse about it only being a little thing can just do one IMO...
The smallest things that are wrong in PES5, are the most annoying :realmad:
