Recommended PS4 Edit File

Hi all,

New here, not new to Pro Evo though.
It's been a while since I got a footy game, and I used to edit things myself in the past.

Just been browsing this forum following advice from a friend, but I can't seem to find an option file for ps4.

Could any one point in the right direction of a really good one? (Do PS3 files cover PS4)
