The answers to what you want are clearly posted in those 2 guides so read them and follow them. Don't keep asking the questions which are already right in front of you. Make some effort.

Pro Pimp its easy to see how people can be annoyed at you asking questions that are repeatedly answered and even have guides written as Zyg said. Just use the search button for your future questions as they are most likely answered somewhere else on this site.

pro pimp, there's gonna be a learning curve involved here, so take the time, put in the effort, make some mistakes, and figure it out. You'll get the hang of it.
-- Print out Zyg's guides and follow them exactly. First, you'll need the RAR guide. Once you have that, print out Zyg's basic patching guide. Read them through. Then go at it.
Once you educate yourself about all the steps in the process, you'll be better able to troubleshoot if something goes wrong.
