Registered players not shown in League season? - HELP!

Hi everyone,
this is my first post, so I'd be very thankful for some help.

I'm half way through a League Season with Liverpool and I wanted to offload Dosena and Voronin to reflect the real life situation. I also registered Maxi from Athletic Madrid to Liverpool. I did this via the ADD option in the register player / edit Team section. I saved changes.

I go back to the League season and the changes are not visible! It's the same squad as before I made the "transfers".

I checked the settings again in Register Player & Edit Team section and the squad changes are there!

In Exhibition mode the changes are available, no Voronin and no Dosena in the squad, Maxi is now there too.

Why doesn't this work for an existing league campaign, or have I forgotten something?

hey man unfortunately that wont work for an existing championship or league it will be there if you started another 1..... just player names and numbers can change as itried that in my master league---- changed the name of orondor to the real 1(david odonkor) and it worked and was done in ml

Was it saved to squads file?? I think they're be a download for the teams with latest signings soon

Any squad changes made in edit mode won't be reflected in a existing League save or Master League (thought they never have in ML). I believe it's the same for cups.
