Regulate Condition and Training

In ML using 'regulate condition' between games seems to average out the players condition. Do you bother using it every time, or only in certain conditions? It seems to be a longer session each time...

Also, how much training do you bother with in between seasons? I get bored quite quickly of repeating the same task with different players...

I tend to complete the 'regulate condition' between pretty much every match.
Mainly because once when I didn't do it, afew of my player's condition had gone down, therefore their fitness throughout the match was poor. But the thing is, once that thing comes up ' OK regulate condition is complete ' I tend to carry on for a tad bit longer...
And about the training inbetween seasons, I use that as much as possible, as I have quite afew good young players coming through now, eg Fabregas, Simek...so I like to increase their stats while I can... ;)

The pre-season training takes a lifetime to have any real effect. I must have dribbled around those cones for an hour with Adu for him to recieve just two points improvement.

I have been ;regulating condition' about once every 3 games and its going fine :)

Heh heh...I know the feeling...and you end up breaking your controller OVER THOSE STUPID CONES!!!! GGGRRAAAAAAGGHH!!!

But yeah..you must do it to maximise performance of young players. On average, you get 1-3 points increase at pre/post-season.

As for conditioning, I notice that it helps with stamina, but not with FORM (the arrows)...so I only condition if nobody is on good form...a RED arrow is worth +12 for each stat right?!?! So...tread carefully...you probably don't need to do it every match.

Are you saying that form goes down if you train too much?

I do the regulate condition on my players if there is some players on the blue or lower arrows, otherwise i cant be bothered.

I try to train all my players pre-season, except when they are getting too old and they're stats are already going down.

I mean i have really trained up robinho, R.wright and adu there states have really come on in the last 3 seasons. The team training does take a while.

i only use regulate condition when my players have either a blue or white arrow, otherwise i don't use it, if you want a good young player in the ML get Weah (unlockable player)

Ok got it sorted.. mustve thought it was the off season before it actually was.
Anyway, how many times do you have to do the dribble course etc to improve a players stats? Once per week per player (hope so, but even then its gonna take a long time)?
