Ive just been sent a text at work by a good and reliable friend of mine who has just told me the game has been put back until the 31st of this month? Ive just been trying to find conformation of this online, does anyone know if this is true? This is going to piss off so many people if it is true, surely Konami wouldn't be so stupid, the backlash will be massive? I wouldn't put it past the *******s though. :realmad:

I doubt it is true. If it is though, there would have to be a good reason, and if that good reason was that they were improving the game in anyway I'd be happy to wait.

My mate works for New Wave Logistics on Grange park in Northampton, which holds stock ( mainly consumer electronics )for distribution around the whole country and even abroad. They also have the whole of Play.com's distribution center there, check it out on google. He has told me that the whole Konami delivery for PES 2009 on xbox, Ps3, and pc has been delayed, and they wont be receiving it until at least late next week! You've heard it hear first, Play will be updating the new release date on their website shortly. What a wounder, I'm ****ing gutted!:realmad:
