Removal of patch option file?

Right, I'll try and explain my problem as simply as possible. Here goes:

I have a patched copy of PES3 that is patched with Jonoyos 5.1.04 plus the update (a fantastic pair of patches). The only problem is that there is an option file that has been physically added to the patch that causes more trouble than it helps.

This option file makes certain players impossible to edit in Edit Mode as they are just not there to find. This option file also has Stuttgart etc that I just don't want.

My question is this: Within which file is the edited option file located? Does this file affect the kits etc that I have manually inserted (after applying the patches) with WEPES Graphic Studio?

Can I just extract this file from a clean copy of PES3 and then insert it into the patched AFS?

Any help greatly appreciated! :D

Its the over.afs. SLPM is not needed here, you shouldnt do anything with that cause then your collars of kits you inserted manually are fucked up.
In the over.afs are all the formations and players edits. But if you take a clean over.afs from an unpatched image, then you dont have transfers and players boots assigned. Maybe callnames of teams are mislinked then etc.

Nice to see you GFK! Do you know if Kmochida will release a similar tool to WEditor for use with WE8/PES4? It really is a great tool that is easy to work with. :D

He has already released one, but it is very basic, only support for option file, not over.afs, and no bade,sponsor etc support.
