hi im Man City in my master league in the second season i finished 4th in my first season and im doing well in the champions league this year but my reputation level is still D, even though the line of reputation is nearly at the top
has anyone else discovered this problem

your reputation will go up as you win matches...the bigger the club you beat the more your reputation will increase. you probably need to just win more games.

im in my second season, im in the champions league quater final so ive beat many good teams, the reputation level bar is nearly at the top so should be something like A or S

Nah, reputation changes when the bar reaches the top. Therefore, if you're D now, when it reaches the top, the bar will deplete completely and you'll start at C. Once the bar fills again, you'll become B, and so on. Winning cups usually makes you jump to the next category, as does signing star players, so try to get that Champion's cup.
