does anyone have one for PES4 on the PS2 ??

I'm new to this but do have a Max Drive, i'm not too clever on the jargon but if someone could email me a .max file i'd be grateful

I don't think the search function will help in this case as I am pretty sure no one has created the kind of thing he is looking for. There is a 92 club PATCH but no Option File. He is looking for an option file with edited kits and players for all 92 english clubs I would think.

I haven't heard or read about any option files like that. May be an option to check out that patch mentioned by hitman.
