Right analog stick

Hey. My right analog stick doesn't work, my pad is one pf those generic pc pads, its called Ucom. Could someone please help.. I would really love to use the skill moves in my gameplay. Thanx

I have configuring it in the konami settings bit, but the right analog only responds when i push it in. Let me try and get an xbox 360 pad. Many thanx
