Roberto Carlos on the left wing

Does anybody play Carlos on the left wing? He is brilliant. If you have some one who can header the ball then it is so easy to score from his crosses.

no he doesn't he plays left back for brazil and real madrid but he is really good on the wing on the game isn't he with all his pace he sprints down the wing and whips a beuty ball into the box for someone to put there head on it.

Oh I thoguht at LW you meant LB.

Anyway left-backs play on the left wing as well.

Why put Carlos on left wing???

Isn't it a better place for Giggs?

And Carlos, isn't he good defending???

I have tried Giggs for a season and then I sold him because he made only one assist and scored 1.
Then I bought Kewell for a season he made 3 assists so I sold him.
Then I bought Carlos, 3 league games and 4 assists as well as one goal.

LW is a forward position. R.Carlos is either a LB or LMF player.

Giggs, C.Lopez, Figo. Henry seems to do okay coming in from that side, and he's got WF as one position he can play (apart from CF).

Schevchenko or Saviola on the other side.

I can't remember Ronandinho and Rivaldo's position settings off-hand, but I do know Inter seem to have more left-footers than any other side.

He may be a LB, but I usually play him in an in-between position, close to LMF, so he can attack more, like he does in Madrid. I have Helguera's (DMF) attacking direction set to cover for Roberto Carlos when he goes off on an attack. He's fast enough to get back most of the time.

Back and to the left.
I have a mate who plays him on the left wing but if he's losing in the second half then he puts him up front and the guy scores by the bucketload - very quick, can dribble, excellent at crossing and has a shot like a cannonball.
