Rock Band 2: The Opening Act

Yeah it annoys me aswell when they release only a few songs from certain artists, and they arent even their best ones lol but i suppose each to their own enit

i really want either rock band or guitar hero now

should i wait till rock band 2 comes out or buy rock band now

It should be coming out soon...not sure on the exact date really...

Im in a similar situation to you actually...But ive made my mind up im definately getting rock band 2 rather than guitar hero.....

an in regards to the rock band 1 thang...Im getting just the disk for that, as nearly all the songs can cross over onto rock band 2, so you'll have loads of songs to play!

The Guitar Hero WT guitar sucks bawls (I used it last night). The drums are quite decent though.

I don't get on with the RB guitar either tbh, so just stick to the GH3 guitar if you have it.

What's the difference between the RB1 and RB2 drums? If any?

More sensitive...More resiliant...they last longer...look better...are quieter....and you can add cymbals onto them

Rock Band Drums tend to break as in the pedal.
They are stupidly loud.

RB2 have built in silencers, they have a metal pedal and are wireless.
You can't buy them as standalone, they should be out near december for 360.

If you have any questions just ask me. I've been doing a hell of a lot of research in these games.

You will be able to. I think they were saying they wanted the hardware out before Christmas. I would assume you will be able to buy the drums seperately, but if they copy GHWT, the drums may come out later as Standalone.

I reckon the drums individually should be out before Christmas.
That is my guess though.

You can import it from certain places. Returning it because of faulty hardware will be a big issue though.
