Ronaldo way overrated

His stats are too overrated in this edition. The main one being dribble accuracy, fuckin' 97? Only dribble gods like Messi, Maradona and Ronaldinho deserve such numbers. Whenever I've seen Ronaldo play he kicks the ball 5-10m away and runs after it, his close control is not that special, even Robben is a better dribbler and he only gets 90 for dribbling. They had it right in PES 2012 giving him 88.

And he doesn't deserve 90 for balance either. Maybe they're giving him these stats because he's on the front cover.

Yeah I agree with u .. Just because he is on front cover .. and there are players didn't got their rating well and some overrated just like every YEAR .. Konami are really bad in PLAYERS RATINGS

Have to agree. Yeah he's good but he isn't god. He's on the floor most of the time trying to win free kicks.... His Balance should be like 60 maximum lol.

This happens every year we can all name scores of players that are going to be underrated / overrated. Thats what the databases and editing on this site is for. I mean Fabio Borini presumably is going to be a 66 overall quite laughable - But if you want to talk about underrated as a whole Copa Libretadores some of those players are just unusable.

Allow me to beg your indulgence for one moment. But Messi isn't overrated in Pes 13, and this is coming from someone who has no interest what so ever in Barcelona because I am a Juve man.

But Messi truly is the best in the world atm. His close control, speed burst, technique and sharp passing are just not found on any other forward man.

But Ronaldo is a different story. The guy is close to messi, but his arrogance and lack of sharp passing that Messi possesses make him a slightly lesser player. Not to mention that most of the time, Ronaldo is doing crazy moves that don't really beat any players, unlike Messi who uses his superb balance and close control to shimmy his way through. But both are great players none the less. I would say Ronaldo is slight OP in pes 13 though.

I wasn't really talking about PES 13 as the full game is not out but if he isn't then cool.

Also I agree on Ronaldo. I was one of the few Man United supporters happy to see him go to Real. I would take Valencia all day long over Ronaldo cause hit team attitude is far superior and his attacking talents are still vast.

I think you're right. I'd say players must have their skill stats compared to what they did in the past matches, not in some trailer movie tryouts.

I'm a man utd fan and I wouldn't take ronaldo back instead of Valencia in a heartbeat, I love valencia but Ronaldo is on a different scale. He is easiest the second best attacking player in the world, and his close control is pretty damn good, especially at speed. But yeah he is probably slightly op. But Messi isn't, he is the best in the world so surely he should get 99 for dribble accuracy imo, he is the best dribbler in the world so surely needs to have top marks?

99 dribble accuracy should be for robots, its impossible for a human D.A. to be to the max. 98 for Maradonna, Messi and other dribblers that dribble the ball like a yo-yo is Ok but 99 is too much IMO. But 1 D.A. doesn't make much difference anyway

Football is a game based on humans, so surely the best ever dribbler in the world should have a dribble accuracy of 99, just like the hardest striker of a ball ever should have 99 for kicking power - there is no point having the scale to 99 otherwise? the top scale attainable should be based on the best there has ever been at that attribute imo

No, He shouldn't have top marks just because he is the best. although the attribute should be higher than anybody else

Future games could be adjusted if a player of increased ability comes into the fray. The game is made to a current date, so all things should be made based on what has happened, not on speculative things that could happen.
