ronnie`s elastico

hiho,

just surfed japanese sites for a couple of hours and indeed, i found at least 4 hits. unfortunately, no matter how hard and how much i try it won`t work.
man, that move makes me mad, but i`m already so obsessed with it. if nobody of you guys can pull it off then i`m gonna go to the bookshop in the next days and have a look into the official WE8 guide book..
anyway here it is:

if you`re dribbling from left side to right (on the screen),
1. while dribbling push the right analog stick down twice.
2. within the triggered move (i think it`s the usual shot feint) press
R1 + D-pad diagonal left-forward (i think they mean it from the player`s view who is on the pitch, so for us it`s diagonal up-right) at the same time.

according to the author the move is pretty hard (if true at all). unfortunately i couldn`t find any single movie or captured footage of it (but then japanese are not really famous for putting game sequences on the net anyway).
...happy trying

tried it a couple of times, and checked out replays
it's quite similar to the flip flap but i'm pretti sure it's not
u can see that he does a feint shot to the right instead of flicking the ball.

yeah,
i that`s what i thought too, as the move that you describe is the only thing i could manage (which just makes me nuts). it`s clear in the replay that it`s not the elastico. but then i thought that i`m still doing it wrong, bad timing or whatever. anyway, that was the combination the jap. cracks posted on some sites, just translated it and hoped somebody out there might pull off the miracle. but maybe the japanese are wrong too (and there is no elastico in the game at all?). i just bought the official guide to WE8 and i found no word about ronnie`s move.
