Sorry if this has been posted before but I am just wondering will a router connection slow down the speed of PES5 online, or will it slow down my internet connection? Any info. much appreciated,

Having your network traffic passing through a router should not affect the speed of connection. (not to any degree that it would be noticeable).

Having your PC on and downloading through the router at the same time as playing PES5 online would affect the connection however.
