Saving Commentary Language - Didn't work in 2008 - Strikes again in 2009

Does anyone know why this happens? I prefer the GOOOOOOL of spanish commentary, but you can't get that option to save in settings, you must re-apply it every time you turn the game on. This was the case for both the UK version of 2008 and my friends 2008 US version. Then I come to find the same bug strikes again in 2009. Just a bit annoying... I once thought it was because I didn't have it set this way when I used the "install..." option in PES to help loading times. However this turned out to have nothing to do with it. Can any other UK or US users confirm this is the case? If we get enough reports, can one of the moderators get this bug known to Konami's engineers? Cheers!

How do you get spanish commentary on pes 2009? The only commentary language choices I get are English French and German.
