Saving problem after new patch

Hi, I'm here with another problem, but this is worse :(

Possible you know about my problem with PL matches time (here: http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=84016 ). So, i tried to reinstall the game, with hope, that it can help me. So, after I installed it, i download the new patch, what i had in Extra Content (i think, that it's called Extra content), and i start to play Master League, but if I want to save it, the game stops running and i have to close PES :(

I don't want to reinstall it again, because possible you can help me :)

Hi Me10i, I don't know whether I can help you, but give us more information: which platform (PS3, XBOX, PC), is there any OF installed, etc.

Ahh I see the problem, When you open PES edit selector, run it as administrator, on the tabs at the top, there is one that says "SWITCHES" click that then hit ML1 or ML2 read what each 1 does, one lets you edit the leagues one does not, it's not important which one you choose it's just preference. when you pick one a box should open up saying SUCCESS or SUCCESSFUL something like that. then click on the MAIN tab at the top and click the "PES EDIT.COM 2011 PATCH" to start the game.
