Cough cough. Excuse me, but selling patched games is frowned open and generally a poor example to set. You cant take credit for this boys. We assembled it, we didnt create it. There is a difference. Countless people have made this patch possible. All the kit makers, bll makers, boot makers, emblem creaters, tool developers and the like would need to be compensated. Anyone who sells this and talks about selling this is a cunt. Harsh but true. Anyone caught selling this, particularly on ebay, usually gets themselves torn to bits by fellow posters. SO DONT DO IT. I replied to all the PM's from people goin "Oh mate, ill pay ya for a game n shit" with "this work is free, its not for sale. If you want it, download it for free". I would hope others followed suit. As i mentioned in the first post, it was always going to be a collaborative effort between us all, and thats the way it has turned out. IMO nobody can take enough credit for this to be expecting money for it. End of. Please stop talking about it

OK thats fair enough, i'm happy paying nothing for it. However do you think a final download of the completed patch will be available or will it just be a tutorial and the set of files needed?

Who are "the makers" then mate? Al i'm saying is, this kind of work should be free, nobody ever used to sell patches before because it is impossible to account for all the contributers and people usually get very pissed if they do not get suitable credit for their work. So why would it start now?

Read this again mate and I'll think you'll see where sean is coming from:

Correct, what he means is that there are soooo many people involved that should get a piece of the cake if anyone was to sell it. All the creators of the boots, balls and kits etc have done a great job aswell. This is impossible though so it shouldn't be sold by anyone in my opinion. Sean is right in what he is saying.

i agree too. But could someone tell me if they think a fully edited completed patch will eventually be available or just a tutorial and the necassary files and programs.

It would be far easier if the patch could be downloaded and just applied to the iso, isn't this the way the pc patches can be downloaded too?

Be patient gauys. They are probably tweaking it and won't release it until they're satisfied with it. I wouldn't mind if they'd release it next week as it's going to be such a great patch. It's really hard to put deadlines on these things. Even the biggest game creators move launches ahead all the time. It will come, don't mistrust. :)

I agree that the game should not be bought off of other people fr profit. However, I don't see any problem if a fellow member just gives you back the cost of a disc plus postage. If I were able to copy them I'd send them to members in exchange for the price of a disc and delivery. It allows a wider scope of people to appreciate the hard work that all of the patch creators put in.
