Secret Players

Actually, you can find all the hidden players in the blue boxes under the created players in Modify Player too.
The Blue boxes labelled 'Free'.
So you can edit them too.

well you can edit some of the players but thier are also players that were unlocked that were put in the box where you usually find the players that are originally on the team you pick....these are the players that im not able to find in the edit player area.....not i got another problem....its the off season and for some reason the secret players that were unlocked (the ones i can edit) are not thier....i cant find them to buy any of em....only ones that i can find are the ones that i CANT edit ....its pretty weird...anyone know why this is

Some of the hidden players could have been bought by other clubs.
I'm not sure where the others could be hiding so I will check it out.

oh, but shouldnt they still be seen ?....they would just have a blue, green, or red point value next to them instead....only thing i can think of is the patch is a little messed up but i really have no clue about those type of things so im just trying to use my common sense

I am experiencing the same prob with the option file update I have just had, Zyg. I have players like Dennis Loe, etc. But I can't find them to edit at all.

That's cos my option file hasn't unlocked them yet.

Yes. You have to win Div 1 three times.
There is a way to cheat but you still need to win it once.
(This cheat was valid to PES1; I think it works for PES2 too but not certain)

i know i have to win it three times to get all the players....what i meant was do i have to win it three times for the players to be available to buy and also edit them?....cause i had wedoit 1 patch and it wasnt like that....im just asking to clarify what u said

To buy them you should have to only do what you suggested. To edit them I think you have to win something or rather... cos by winning one of the cups (or something) you get the chance to edit the name of the default team... can't stand the name Harty!

you get all the secret players if you win the ML 3 times and acheive "fantastic" rating on all the Umbro PTC challenges including "challenge king".

For some reason, a few people are not getting the 33 people for winning Div 1 three times.

ok , i found this pretty weird....like i said before the only players that i can find to buy are the ones i couldnt edit....the ones i could edit for some reason are not thier to buy ....right now im in the off season and i looked at the negotiations and i see brescia bought Joe Cole.......now he was one of the players that was unlocked that i can edit but i cant find to buy....so is something just messed up with the patch ?.....i hope you know what im saying....its pretty weird

tottiiii, you will probably know more about the patch than most of us. Maybe go for the players from the clubs they are at.

well yes of course but they are secret players that you unlock....so they dont have teams....im gonna post on the wedoit site and see if i get a response....hopefully i will

It would seem that the patches interfere with the bonus player stuff. Stating the obvious but have you tried it all without the patch. A long way round of experimenting but worth a try?
