I love pes and I always have (and probs always will)

Who doesn't love master league? I fell in love with online masterleague last year, however I found it in february and had to play catch up which wasn't easy.

I bought the new pes2012 as soon as it was released from Tesco's just after 12.00 on Friday 15th sept.

I did the updates and ran straight into OML - now the financial problem is a problem, a big problem. But this will be fixed with a patch at some point.

The main problem to me is that some countries have already had the game for 2 weeks or more? Meaning 60% of the people I came up against had already very established teams, Playing against Eto'o, Villa, Busquets, Villa, Ronaldo, Neymar, Ramos, Luiz on 1 team and a full squad of elites is pretty much impossible. It also means when I came online, nearly all the players are double in value - if not more, because lots of people have already bought them.

This just completely devalues the franchise and is completely unfair on people who bought the game on DOR in their respective countries. I'm not sure which ones got it late and which ones got it early... But it puts people who got it late a massive disadvantage and gives them a mountain to climb.. if I can be even bothered climbing it now.

It's not worth complaining about. Think of everyone else in North America who has received the game weeks after us here in Europe most years, and sometimes even months after us!

What's a couple of weeks really? Consider it a nice unfamiliar challenge considering we get it so easy more often than not.

I really feel for them aswell! all the big games in the world have a worldwide release date. Gone are the days where Japan gets the big games 1st and then america and then us. Fifa and Call of duty and Madden games etc, all get a worldwide release date. Its so annoying playing against messi and levezzi every time haha... and even if I beat them I get the same money as beating ettori and his friends (btw Ettori <3)

As I said, it really does completely devalue the OLM imo... you wouldnt catch people getting mw3 2 weeks earlier and prestiging up 4 prestiges before some people could even get their hands on it. In online games it needs to be a level playing field.

And as I said, a coupld of weeks = players are double the price.

I would have been able to buy neymar and wilshere with the money i gained from selling players, also the subsequent players would have been relatively cheap too for a short while.

Instead I had to be happy with macheda and poterbanov

Online will never be a level playing field. Some people will spend 3 hours+ per day playing online to better their team whereas others may find enough time to play about 5 hours online a week, thus again creating quite a big difference.

It's just the way things go. I'm sure one year as well, North America received the game about 5 months after us. Try that on for size...

It's just not worth complaining about. I personally don't like buying players like Messi, Ronaldo, Rooney etc. It takes away the fun, the challenge. Personally I'd rather have player growth as it's far more satisfying building a moderately average team up over some years into a well trained squad. I'm not sure how it'd work in an Online ML capacity mind.

As for Ettori. I love the guy. He's like a Minanda Jr. I rarely play MLO, simply because of the lack of player growth and longevity I think, but when I play normal ML, I keep hold of Ettori as long as I can, to see just how well I can develop the little gem.

Also i would like to point out that this year MLO is unfair in terms of money for the following reasons:
-- First of all in matchmaking i am still unrated and with about 25million total assets. Every 3 games even if i have the option play similar teams, i end up playing with a D1 guy full of superstars and if I win lose or draw i will get the same money as if i was playing a d5 guy and the D1 guy will get his amount of money as if he was playing with a d1 guy. All in all the is a lose situation for poor teams.
-- You should only play with teams from the same division or at least like last year get more money when your opponet is superior and the opposite.

Come on Konami, its fucked up this year. In the forums so far, the majority of posts are negative. Ok the gameplay its not that great, at least fix the MLO rules as soon as possible with some patches!

Yeah on standard masterleague I buy youth, and I train my youth up into a finely whipped squad nothing better, like Football manager but playing the joys of PES too.

But In Master League Online you need the good players to be able to compete, and Because 23000 people already had neymar he was 12 million when he should have cost like 4.5m and thats the same across the board... it means I came into it having a massive disadvantage. And yeah If someone plays it 6 hours a day every day they will have a better squad, but they will have earnt it, atleast if it had a worldwide release date then everyone would be able to start off with the same prices, having a level playing field from start; including people in North America.

I also like the left back starting with a V and the guy who used to be castolo. Still as quick even with a name change

Yes I'm very pissed off about this as well. Such an unfair advantage other countries have had. How hard is it to release the game the same time across the world?

Just fucking stupid. loads of teams already have full squads of superstars it's ridiculous because of the 2 week gap.

Anyway already got 16 million and it's much easier to save now, so it makes the blow a lot easier to take.

Werent the servers by zones though? (europeans only play against europeans or us only play against us servers). Or is everyone mixed on the same servers?

That wouldn't matter, Spanish and French people seem to have got the game 2 weeks ago also for some reason.

Are you just copy and pasting this on every thread? You've done it twice on here and i've seen it on other threads?? Its all true but I get the point mate
