take a look at these 2 videos first one is random online seasons which is how my games always play but then take a look at the 2nd video where i invite my brother in online friendly the speed is unreal this only happens against my brother but how can this happen as you will see its that fast its unplayable

I think the game gets normalised to the level of the slower of the two players' internet connection. But if both connections are good then the speed should normalise to a higher point. You need to remember that all games are P2P connections and the server only finds the match and helps establish the original connection.
