Shareplay PS4 - No Longer Works???

Konami,

Can you please explain why Shareplay no longer works on PS4? For years my brother and I who now live in separate houses were always hoping that Master League multi-player (2v CPU) would be made available. Shareplay allows us to do this exactly as we wanted however, several days after release this feature has stopped working altogether . What has happened? Incidentally, we both own copies of the game, not that it should matter with Shareplay. Thank you.

Seriously guys why are you avoiding this question? I have asked you at least 10 times on Twitter and you have completely avoided the whole subject. Please answer. Why does this no longer work?
