Has anyone figured out how to shield the ball. In other versions all u did was release the controls. For the life of me i can do it!

Hold R2??

When running, press r2 to trap (hold) then when opposing player nears th P1 player will shield am sure.

It has changed since, 2008 or 2009, it's now L1 if I'm not mistaken.


Just check the in game controls... not that hard.
Paus the game and see control listings or something...

P.S: With the new L2 revamp, they might have changed it to that.
