shooting tutorial part1

after playing pes 2011 for a few months I've decided to share what I've learned about shooting in 3 levels before that, I must thank all users whose tips helped me to conquer shooting abilities;
1) in this version you are supposed to learn how to adjust the power gauge regarding your players situation and condition.
2)assume your player is heading toward opposition's goal at a medium speed (not running) in this case you must press the shot button just like pressing it ( don't tap, don't hold for a long time) , for choosing the direction of the ball, press direction upward or downward (not diagonal).in this case tapping the button leads to a week shot although accurate.
3)if your player is under pressure by defenders you must gently tap the square button regardless of your distance to the goal and use diagonal directions in order to choose the direction of your shot . holding the shot button longer than a tap will lead your shot too high or chiplike
4)as we know when we get closer to opposition's goal defenders applies more pressure. in this case (near the goal 1 on 1 , extreme pressure) using R2 button works properly . as an unwritten, rule press R2 before pressing shoot.
5) when you are running toward the goal it doesn't matter if you are under pressure or not. use your most , best ,gentle tap for shot button
but that's not all. you have to press it the moment that the ball gets of your feet and don't rush for adjusting the direction . the moment your player gets near the ball for performing the shot is the time for adjusting the direction and of course diagonaly.
my next tips will be about chip shots and one touch shots

I have the same struggles. While I can bend free kicks in FIFA, I have real trouble getting any pace and benders in PES.

as you know there are 5 different free kick shots :
1)very week(holding the direction downward) 2)week(holding X button) 3)medium 4)strong(holding triangle button) 5)very strong(holding the direction forward)
it is more likely to apply curve in the first 3 . while the probability reduces in the next 3 . in real football it is hard to swerve strong balls
but how to curve in free kicks:
assume you are about to perform a very week shot first of all hold the direction downward . then adjust power gauge , while you are still holding downward make it diagonal to the direction you want to curve and don't release until the shot is performed completely .
I must mention that curving during a normal shot (not free kicks ) during a match is almost out of your control because it depends on:
1-curve ability 2-shoot accuracy 3-shoot technique 4- shooting special abilities 5- your player's situation and condition

...and the knuckle shot...i mean these tips are useful.......but also try to move right anaolgue stick right or left when under pressure. This also works on crosses....this will make your player make an upper body feint and making the defender let you go.

Anoter tip for long rangers first do a shot feint this seems to make the defenders more likely not to rush out when you go for a shot right after.......

Knuckle shot is quite easy, just tap the shoot button once more as the player is about to hit the ball... assuming the player is able to do knuckle at all...

Umm I can kick the ball really hard using the top inside part of my foot and make the ball curl like crazy even beckham is an example and roberto carlos and the amount of curl on the ball depends on player swerve on a freekick if its under 90 itl just be standard curl if its over 90 you can get some real bend on it, alvaro recoba is one of my favourite freekick takers of all time he could really whip it in.
