Shot Modifiers? (Freekicks & Normal shots)

Could someone please list out the shot modifiers for me?

For example, I used to always just take corner kicks by moving my player left/right and then just firing it. Normally it would curl almost directly ot the keeper.

I have noticed that when I hold R1 now during corners the ball actually comes out more?

What are all the shot modifers? I also read someone saying that holding TRIANGLE after a shot makes it dip?

thanks in advance!

In open play there is no shot modifier

Free kicks - triangle and up is more power. X is less power
R1 curls to the right, L1 curls to the left

L2 is a higher ball on corners

R1 and L1 dont curl it, just left or right when the power gauge is up curls it, R1 can add more power L1 makes you chip it

a good tip for corners if there is a man near post use circle half way power or just under and curl the ball to the player this ends in a goal depending on how good you'r player is a heading.

Free Kicks

- Up = More Power/Less Curl/Lower Trajectory (Useful when you're further away and if you have a more power based free kick taker, such as Riise.)

- Down = Less Power/More Curl/Higher Trajectory (Useful when you're close to the edge of the area and with a accurate free kick taker, such as Pirlo)

- :triangle: does the same as up but to a lesser degree.

- :x: does the same as down but to a lesser degree.

To add extra curl, dip or flight to the ball hold the Right analogue stick in the desired direction.

Corners

- 'Up' makes it a lower trajectory, faster ball.

- 'Down' puts the ball along the floor at speed.

- :R2: makes the ball float in the air more than it would otherwise.

Open play

- Tapping :L1: while the power bar is displayed will cause the player to lob the ball very high, and drop closer.

- Tapping :R1: is a lower lob that will go further.

- Holding :R1: while shooting causes the player to hit the ball harder, and straighter.

- Holding :R2: will cause the player to put more emphasis on the placement of the shot, giving it more accuracy and curl yet less power.

It says it in the manual!
R1 and L1 to add direction!
Triangle is more power
X is less power

Perfect example. Aim WAAYY to the right on a free kick, hold L1 when running up and it will shoot it WAAY to the left!!
So its up to you to apply how long you hold L1 and R1

In the other Pro Evo's R1 was more power and R2 or L2 (cant remember) was less power
