i think the 2nd one is the normal flip flap so it should be included..the first one is stepover + flip flap which could also be introduced to the game.
the third one could be used for certain players(like the heel flick)

u do by pressing RT 3 times but its only for specific players who are known to do it like roanldinho, ronaldo, robinho, drenthe, and ibrahimovic are just some of the players who can do it in the game.
