Players without clubs when starting the Master League do not appear in negociable players list. Therefore, you'd have to restart a ML after having transfered your created player into a team that will register in your ML (1 of the 4 D1 leagues or the D2).

Players created from scratch (i.e. in Edit mode / Player / Create Player) before you start the ML can be found in Search by Group / Others / Created Players.

You dont need to register them to a team for them top be usable

Dont know, havent done it yet. I'm sure you'll have to pay a transfer fee though otherwise it would be a bit of a broken way to buy players

its a lot easier to buy created players. i have done it and if i remember correctly you dont pay a transfer fee. just the wage fee
i think they have done it so buying created players is basically the same as buying free agents, all you do is pay the set amount of the wage.

although in this pes they have made it more realistic, one you have a created player in your team, you will get other teams after a while scouting that player

i used to make all my real life team mates and then buy them, they used to appear in the edited (free agents) the better the player eg full 99 stats the more expensive the fee (this is in 2008 and pre 2008)
